Ribs - Dry Breaded

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Spare Ribs - Cut in 1/2 pieces
  • 3 teaspoons Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Eggs - Beaten
  • Garlic Salt
  • Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Place ribs in pot
Add Soya Sauce, Salt, Vinegar & Eggs - Mix together
Add Flour & Mix well to coat ribs
Deep fry at 375 degrees for about 7 minutes or until browned
Salt with Garlic Salt & Garnish with Lemon
