Ingredients
- 4 cups Spare Ribs - Cut in 1/2 pieces
- 3 teaspoons Soya Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 Eggs - Beaten
- Garlic Salt
- Lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Place ribs in pot
Add Soya Sauce, Salt, Vinegar & Eggs - Mix together
Add Flour & Mix well to coat ribs
Deep fry at 375 degrees for about 7 minutes or until browned
Salt with Garlic Salt & Garnish with Lemon
