Deviled Eggs

  • 1 dozen eggs, boiled, peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 onion, minced fine
  • 1/2 bell pepper, minced fine
  • 1/2 stalk celery, minced fine
  • 1 T. mustard
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 T. smoked paprika
  • Pepper, to taste



Step 1

Slice boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks from eggs and place in a medium bowl. Mash egg yolks with a fork. To the egg yolks, add onion, bell pepper, celery, mustard, mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon of the paprika and pepper. Mix thoroughly and spoon back into egg yolks. Sprinkle with the rest of the paprika. Serve on a deviled egg platter….every southern cook has one!
