Ingredients
- 5 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Rice
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 Tbs. Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and pour into a greased shallow baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally. One cup of raisins may be added toward the end of baking time.
