  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 (7ounce) pckgs flaked coconut

Step 1

1. preheat oven to 325, line baking sheets with foil and grease and flour foil.
2. In large bowl combine milk, egg white, vanilla, almond, coconut, and mix well. drop by teaspoonfulls on baking sheet. slightly flatten each cookie
3. bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
