Smith & Welton Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breast halves
  • celery ribs, cut into pieces
  • mayonnaise
  • chopped celery
  • white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken in pot with celery. Save stock for another use. Place pieces in refrigerator overnight.

Skin and bone chicken. Chop chicken but not too fine. Add mayo to coat, chopped celery and white pepper.
