Ingredients
- 2 lbs tomato. Peeled halved seede and finely diced
- 2 small celery ribs, finely diced
- 1 small red onion , finely diced
- 1 small red or green pepper,peeled,and diced
- 1 T leeomon peel strips
- 2 T capers
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss tomatoes with celery onion, pepper,lemon peel,and capers. Add the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
