Ingredients
- 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

In a medium bowl, combine grapes, cucumber, lime juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until chilled.
