Wes' Boiled Crawfish

Ingredients
- 1 sack crawfish
- 5-6 gallons of water
- 1 lb. crawfish boil
- 1/2 c. cayenne, more if desired
- 1 lb. celery
- 3 lbs. onion
- 1/4 lb. garlic or more
- 5 lemons
- 1 sack red potatoes
- Pack of whole mushrooms
- Corn on the cob

Preparation
Step 1
Let water come to a boil. Allow all ingredients to boil for 8 minutes and stir. Add crawfish. Let water come to a boil again. Let crawfish boil for 6 minutes and turn off. Squeeze lemons over them and then let them soak until they have the desired seasoning or peel easily. (Add potatoes after removing crawfish because they take longer to cook.) Ready, set, PEEL!
