Almond Cake

Original recipe did not specify size of instant pudding mix.

Ingredients

• Almond Cake
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/3 cup apple juice
• 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, oil, water, apple juice and almonds. Pour into a 10-inch tube pan.

Bake at 325 F for 50 minutes.
