  • 4 boneless / skinless chicken breast
  • 16 oz noodles (thin)
  • 3 Bouillon cubes
  • 2-3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 3 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1

You will need a pot big enough to boil the noodles in. You will also need a 9x13 and 9x9 baking dish or large aluminum pan. First season the pot of water with salt and pepper. Then boil the chicken w/ the bouillon cubes until the chicken is done, which should take about 15-20 minutes. Take out the chicken let it cool and shred it up and set it off to the side. Don't pour out the water. Add your noodles to the water (stock) you just cooked the chicken in and cook noodles until done.
Drain all but 1/2" of the stock.
Now mix in the noodles, soup, sour cream & 1 cup of cheese.
Once mixed add the chicken and mix one final time to incorporate the chicken.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Add the mixture to the pan(s) and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
