Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together butter, sugar and eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to above. Chill dough and roll into balls. Roll balls in sugar and cinnamin mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400 until lightly brown but still soft.
