Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Spare Ribs
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Precook Ribs - Boil
Add all ingredients and put in pan over ribs

Cook 1 Hour then turn up to 400 degrees with lid off and cook for 20 minutes
