Flank Steak Marinade, Karen Seyferth

Ingredients

  • 1/2 white wine
  • 1/2 soy sauce (I use low sodium)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. chopped ginger
  • 2 TBSP. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put all in ziploc and marinate a couple of hours.
