Ingredients
- 1/2 white wine
- 1/2 soy sauce (I use low sodium)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. chopped ginger
- 2 TBSP. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Put all in ziploc and marinate a couple of hours.
