Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Chicken, cut into 1/2 inch squares
- 2 Cups Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Cup Celery, diced
- 3 Tbs. Cooking Oil
- 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds

Step 1
Combine chicken, pineapple, and celery. Mix oil, lemon juice and salt and marinate salad one hour. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Serve on lettuce or other greens and sprinkle almonds on top.
