  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts, reserve 1/4 cup
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 (3 oz.) Pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Rum
  • 1/4 Cup Rum
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Margarine
  • 1 Cup Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Sprinkle with reserved nut meats. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Prepare glaze: Combine ingredients in a saucepan; boil 2 minutes. Pour over hot cake while still in pan, pulling cake away from sides of pan; cool 1/2 hour before removing from pan.
