Chili Verde

Ingredients

  • Diced pork (best if it's from a pork shoulder roast)
  • olive oil
  • diced onion
  • fresh garlic
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 can Herdez Salsa Casera
  • tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1


Dice pork and place in a bag with seasoned flour. Brown pork in oil and add onion and fresh garlic.
Add water to cover and add diced green chilies and a can of Herdez Salsa Casera. Add some tomato sauce.

Simmer for a couple of hours.
