Ingredients

  • 5-lb. boneless beef rump roast
  • 2 10-1/2 oz. cans beef broth
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 T. garlic powder
  • 2 t. beef bouillon granules
  • 1/2 t. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 t. dried oregano
  • 1/2 t. dried rosemary
  • 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
  • 8 crusty rolls
  • Horseradish, if desired

Step 1

Place all ingredients except rolls in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or high setting for 4 to 6 hours. Thinly slice meat, reserving broth for dipping. Arrange sliced meat on rolls. Makes 8 servings
