Ingredients
- 5-lb. boneless beef rump roast
- 2 10-1/2 oz. cans beef broth
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 T. garlic powder
- 2 t. beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 t. seasoned salt
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. dried rosemary
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 8 crusty rolls
- Horseradish, if desired

Step 1
Place all ingredients except rolls in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or high setting for 4 to 6 hours. Thinly slice meat, reserving broth for dipping. Arrange sliced meat on rolls. Makes 8 servings
