Crunchy Chicken Imperial
- Mix together the following and dredge chicken in it
- 1/2 pt sour cream
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Box of Stove Top stuffing crushed.
- 1 stick melted butter
- 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
After dredging chicken in sour cream mixture roll in crushed stove top.
Place on cookie sheet or in baking dish and pour melted butter over chicken pieces.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is properly cooked.
