Ingredients

    crispy and slightly tart apples (honey crisp is great)

  • 1

    t lemon juice

  • 3

    T creamy natural peanut butter

  • ¼

    c sliced almonds

  • ¼

    c pecans

  • ¼

    c flaked unsweetened coconut

  • ¼

    c vegan chocolate chips

Directions

Slice up the apples thin enough to eat in one or two bites. Lightly spritz the apples with lemon juice to keep them from browning too fast. Melt peanut butter and drizzle some all over the apples. Top the apples and peanut butter with unsweetened coconut, sliced almonds, a few pecans, and chocolate chops. Finally drizzle a little more peanut butter on top.
