Ingredients
- 500 grams Brussels Sprouts
- 2 small sliced onions
- 3/4 cup stock
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 skinned and quartered tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- grated nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
* Put the sprouts, tomatoes and onions into the soaked Romertopf. Grate on lots of nutmeg.
* Pour on the stock
* Add the butter in small pieces.
* Cook in 400⁰F for 1/2 hour
* Stir the flour into the cream and blend into liquid.
