ROMERTOPF - Brussels Sprouts

  • 500 grams Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 small sliced onions
  • 3/4 cup stock
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 skinned and quartered tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • grated nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

* Put the sprouts, tomatoes and onions into the soaked Romertopf. Grate on lots of nutmeg.
* Pour on the stock
* Add the butter in small pieces.
* Cook in 400⁰F for 1/2 hour
* Stir the flour into the cream and blend into liquid.
