Ingredients
- 1 medium cuc seeded and grated
- 1 bag (12 oz) broccoli coleslaw
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
- 3/4 cup greek-style yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
combine grated cucumber and broccoli slaw and mint. Toss to combine. In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, honey, and cider vinegar. Pour over slaw and mix thoroughly. Tastes better it made ahead to take advantage of all flavours
