Ingredients
- 1/4 lb butter (1 stick)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 16 Graham crackers (2 cups)
- 1/2 Cup flour, sifted
- 2 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 3/4 Cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Roll out graham crackers to fine texture
Cream butter with sugar
Add 2 eggs and beat well
Add in graham crackers and mix well
Sift flour with baking powder and add mixture alternately with 3/4 cup milk to creamed mixture
Add 1 tsp vanilla
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown
