Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chopped crawfish
- 1 can each, cream of celery & cream of mushroom
- 1 can rotel
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 each finely chopped onion & bell pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute the onion & bell pepper in butter, add rotel & cook to reduce liquid. Add crawlfish & cook for 5 min. Add cream of mushroom and celery, and cook low for 40 min stir occasionally, & season to taste.
