Ingredients
- Pancakes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 mashed old bananas
- Syrup
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 cups of any fruit (Blueberries or strawberries are good)
Preparation
Step 1
In a small pot add syrup ingredients and bring to a simmer until pancakes are ready.
Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine beaten eggs, butter, and milk. Gradually add to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Drop with a ladle onto a hot greased griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and become solid then flip and cook until brown.
