Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients

• 16 Hot Dogs
• 2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
• 1 1/3 Cup Cornmeal
• 4 Tbsp. Honey
• 3 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
• 2 Egg
• 1 1/2 Cup Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Fill muffin tin with batter and place 1/3 of a hot dog in each muffin.

Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
