Ingredients
- scallops marinated with in a drop of oil, s,p, shredded ginger
- chopped shallots, ginger, cilantro, cubed mango, lime, red pepper
- broth
Preparation
Step 1
heat a separate pan for the scallops. dip one side in cornstarch in sear scallops. flip over till almost cooked. Take them out and leave on a plate. In the same pan sautee shallots, add shredded ginger, s, p, red pepper, then add broth and lime. add the cubed mango and let cook a little.
when ready to serve, put the scallops back in the pan to heat up and then plate immediately with sauce.
