Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cooked in olive oil until golden brown
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- coarse salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. goat cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the chicken breasts in the olive oil over med.-high heat until browned, remove from pan. Add the mushrooms to pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender. Stir in heavy cream, goat cheese and parsley. Serve with chicken.
