Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup ranch dressing (people use ranch dressing mix)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup beer
• 2 green onions, chopped
• Note: one user did 2 pkgs cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, ½ cup beer and package ranch dressing mix with cheese and bay seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate for several hours until chilled.
