Ingredients
- 4 slices salmon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 cup nish nosh sour cream and onion crackers,crushed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl mix the mayo,garlic,soy sauce,lemon juice,mustard, and a pinch of black pepper.
2. Place the salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush the salmon with the mayo mixture. Top with the crushed nish nosh crackers.
3. Can sub panko crumbs or french fried onion for nish nosh crackers.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
