Ingredients
- 4 Cups Diced Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/4 C. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 Cups Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes 5 minutes in unsalted water. Drain. Brown onion in butter. Blend flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk and stir constantly until sauce thickens. Combine potatoes and white sauce. Pour into a well-greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 50 minutes.
