Sundae Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Whole Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 tblsp Butter
  • 2 c. White Sugar
  • 2/3 c. Cocoa
  • 4 tblsp Flour

Preparation

Step 1

In a pan over med heat, place the first 3 ingredients. While this is warming up, place sugar and cocoa in a re-sealable bag and mix together. Please remember to keep stirring the milk mixture while doing this as you don't want the milk to burn. Once the milk is slightly boiling, add sugar mixture. Once this happens you have to constantly stir. You will stir until mixture is the thickness you desire. About 5-8 min. Mixture cam be kept in the refrigerator for 1 week
