Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Soy Flour
- 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon Flavor

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add milk and flavorings to eggs, then add to dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 25 minutes.
