Ingredients
- 1 flank steak
- 3 Tbls French dressing
- 1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbls lemon juice
- 1 Tbls red wine
- Garlic salt
- Seasoned meat tenderizer
Preparation
Step 1
Score meat in diagonal slices about 1 inch apart both directions, on both sides of meat. Don't cut all the way through the meat.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and tenderizer.
Mix marinade. Place meat in a glass pan and coat both sides with marinade. Cover and let stand overnight.
Grill to preferred temperature and cut in cross grain strips for serving.
