Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced1
  • 1 ⁄2 cup halved grape tomatoes1⁄2 cup
  • 1 ⁄2 cup diced cucumber1⁄2 cup
  • 1 ⁄4 cup minced red onion1⁄4 cup
  • 1 Tbsp. seeded and minced jalapeño1 Tbsp.
  • 1 tsp. sugar1 tsp.
  • 1 ⁄4 tsp. kosher salt1⁄4 tsp.
  • 1 ⁄4 tsp. ground cumin1⁄4 tsp.
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced1
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro2 Tbsp.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mango, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, jalapeño, sugar, salt, cumin, and lime juice in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes so flavors meld.

Stir in avocado and cilantro just before serving.
