    Cups Flour

    Tbs. Baking Powder

  • 2

    Tbs. Sugar

  • ¾

    tsp. Salt

  • 1

    Egg

  • 1

    Cup Milk

  • 2

    Tbs. Butter, melted

  • 3

    Tart Apples, finely chopped

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat eggs thoroughly, then add milk and melted butter. Combine liquid and dry ingredients. Add peeled, finely-chopped apples. Bake on a hot, greased griddle. Cinnamon may be added.
