Ingredients

    cups bisquick 500 ml

  • ½

    cups water 125 ml

  • Filling

    8oz. pkg cream cheese 250 ml

  • ½

    cup mayonaise or salad dressing 125 ml

  • ½

    cup chopped green onions 125 ml

  • 2

    tsp horseradish (optional) 10 ml

  • 2

    shakes of tabassco sauce

  • 1

    can tuna, drained

  • 2

    stalks celery, chopped fine

  • assorted fresh vegetables

  • shredded cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 450F Mix bisquick and water until a soft dough is formed. Pat into a pizza pan or a 9x13" pan. bake 10 min., no longer. Place celery and onion in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Add cream cheese, mayo, horseradish,tuna and tabassco sauce. Process until smooth. Spread over cooled base. Top with assorted choped, shredded or sliced veg. ie. mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, peppers (whatever you want). add grated cheese and pat down lightly into mixture. Refrigerate 1hr., cut into squares
