Ingredients
- 3 strips of bacon, cut up
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 portobello mushroom caps halved, and thinly sliced
- 1 1/4 pounds green beans trimmed, lightly steamed
- Coarse salt to taste
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
Preparation
Step 1
steam green beans, 5 minutes
saute bacon in skillet then add garlic. saute until lightly golden
saute mushrooms in bacon until browned
add steamed green beans
