Green Beans, Bacon and Mushroom Saute

Ingredients

  • 3 strips of bacon, cut up
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 portobello mushroom caps halved, and thinly sliced
  • 1 1/4 pounds green beans trimmed, lightly steamed
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry

Preparation

Step 1

steam green beans, 5 minutes
saute bacon in skillet then add garlic. saute until lightly golden
saute mushrooms in bacon until browned
add steamed green beans
