Ingredients

  • 1/3 CUP KETCHUP
  • 1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 3 TABLESPOONS SHERRY (I USED COOKING SHERRY)
  • 1 PIECE OF GINGER ROOT, CRUSHED
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE KETCHUP, SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, SHERRY, GINGER ROOT AND GARLIC. STIR WELL

I COOKED OFF CHICKEN TENDERLOINS AND POURED SAUCE OVER CHICKEN UNTIL READY TO REHEAT.
CAN GRILL CHICKEN ON GRILL AND BASTE WITH SAUCE OFTEN.
