Roasted Red Potatoes w/Bacon & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 LB Small Red Potatoes,
  • Quartered
  • 1/2 C Light Ranch Dressing
  • Reduced Fat
  • 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar,
  • Reduced Fat
  • 1/4 C Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 350°

Preheat oven, mix dressing, cheese
and bacon bits in a large bowl.
Add potatoes; toss gently.
Spoon into a lightly greased
9X13-inch baking dish; cover
with foil. Bake 40 min. Remove
foil; bake 15 min more or until
potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with
parsley. Serve warm.
