Meat Nachos (Crock Pot)

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 lb sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 small jar of salsa
  • 1 can of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray crock pot with Pam and melt Velveeta cheese on high for 2 hours.
2. Add Rotel, cooked meat, salsa and soup and mix together.
3. Heat till ready to serve.
4. Serve over chips with lettuce, tomatoes, and other condiments as desired.
