Flax Seed Bread

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c flax meal
  • 1/3 c almond meal
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Optional can add crushed thyme, sage, oregano, rosemary or cinnamon to taste
  • Water to make the batter pourable

Preparation

Step 1

In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.

In another bowl, beat the eggs together. Mix all ingredients and pour into a loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 min or until baked through.
