Ingredients
- 1 pound chuck steak
- coarse salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons EVOO
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Coat steak with 1/2 tbsp. salt, 2 tbsp.EVOOand vinegar; refrigerate 1 hour. Rinse and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with remainingEVOOand cook in heavy skillet over medium-high heat until brown on both sides, 8 minutes. Let rest, 10 minutes.
