Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 - 8 oz.can tomato sauce
- 6 corn tortillas
- butter or margarine
- 1 - 41/2 oz. can chopped black olives
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
In a wide frying pan over medium high heat, brown beef and onion. Add salt, pepper; chili powder; and tomato sauce.
Spread each tortilla with butter. In a 2 quart casserale, alternate layer of buttered tortillas, meat sauce, olives and cheese. Add water; cover; and bake in a 400F oven for 20 minutes.
