Ingredients
- icing:
- butter
- 1/2 c conf sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c oats
- 2 c flour
- 3/4 c walnuts
- 3 c conf sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 4 1/2 t milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix in oats. Add flour and nuts and mix well til dough is well mixed and crumbly. Roll into 1 in balls, arrange on sheet, bake 10-11 min, til set but not browned. Cool. Add icing ingredients til smooth. Dip cookies in icing. Let cool til icing hardens.
