Italian Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 5 russet potatoes
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 pkg dry zesty italian dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and dice potatoes into small chunks
Place Potatoes on a Cookie Sheet or Baking Pan
Drizzle with Olive Oil
Sprinkle Dry Dressing Mix on Potatoes
Stir Potatoes to evenly coat potatoes with oil and dressing
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until Potatoes are tender to a fork
