CORN CHOWDER (HAWAIIAN STYLE)

Ingredients

  • 1 QUART OF CHICKEN STOCK
  • 4 POTATOES, PEELED AND DICED (I USED A FEW MORE)
  • 2 ONIONS, DICED
  • 1 CUP CELERY, DICED
  • 1-1/2 CUPS LIGHT CREAM
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 1/2 CUP PARSLEY
  • 1 TABLESPOON FRESH DILL OR 1-1/2 TABLESPOON DILL WEED
  • 2 CANS OF CREAMED CORN (I ADDED SOME CANNED WHOLE CORN TO MAKE SOUP THICKER)

Preparation

Step 1

IN LARGE STOCK POT COMBINE CHICKEN STOCK, POTATOES, ONIONS AND CELERY.
COOK TO TENDER AND ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS.
