Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 lb. Small yellow potato
- 1/4 pm. Green beans, trimmed
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 T. Red wine vinegar
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. Capers, drained
- 1 T. Fresh oregano, chopped
- Field greens

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potato till tender
Drain and cool and run under cold water
Cuut potato in quarters
Add green beans, Tomatoes and tuna
Pour olive oil into small bowl, whisk in vinegar and mustard whisk till thick and creamy
Whisk in capers and oregano
Toss with salad
Serve over field greens
