Ingredients
- 1 head romaine, quartered lengthwise
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 TBS red onion, minced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- kosher salt to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
- anchovy paste, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Toss romaine in dressing. Grill romaine, turning until marked and slightly wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
