Ingredients

  • 2 C Chopped Pork Butt
  • 1 C BBQ Sauce
  • 2 28 oz cans of B&M Beans
  • 1 Red Pepper - Chopped
  • 1 Green Onion - Chopped
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion - Chopped
  • 2 Cl Garlic - Chopped
  • 1/2 C Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 C BBQ Rub
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Preparation

Step 1

In Dutch oven heat oil to Med/High
Saute pepper, onions, and garlic until soft, about 3-4 mins
Mix in remaining ingredients and simmer until warm
Place on smoker, uncovered, for 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
