Chicken Tortilla Soup #2

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 15-oz. cans black beans
  • 15-oz. can corn, drained
  • 2 14-1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 14-1/2 oz. can tomato sauce
  • Garnish: shredded Pepper Jack cheese, sour cream, crushed tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients except garnish in order listed to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 9 hours. Remove chicken from soup; shred and return to soup. Top servings with cheese, a dollop of sour cream and crushed chips.
